Preliminary Design
Whether it’s made up of a few inspiration images or a full-fledged plan, our in- house interior designer or the selected architect will share a layout of the home and design vision to guide us in providing a bid.
Bidding + Estimate
With a fully approved preliminary design, we have everything we need to put together a separate estimate to build the custom home itself. It all comes spelled out so you’re never left guessing where your investment goes.
Design Development
With the contract signed, we dive deeper—finalizing every selection, detail, and layout. This is where your project takes full shape on paper, so there are no surprises in the field.
Start Your Project
Once we come to agreement on the project estimate, our team begins their work onsite. We oversee our team’s work at every step of the build, and touch base with regular project updates that let you know you’re a priority.
