As our in-house interior designer, Sarah Brown brings over a decade of experience in bringing custom home designs to life. She’s an accomplished interior designer, and her clients have come to count on her to take their original design inspiration and apply it to every part of the residential design — space planning, material selections, furnishings, and so much more.
She’s also a dedicated project manager. When you work with Sarah, you don’t just get stellar design — you get proactive communication, a detail-oriented mind that won’t miss a single thing, and thorough project management to make sure the work gets done on time, on budget, all while leaving you feeling seen and cared for.
You’ll tell us everything about the space you want to create. We look at any inspiration you’ve selected, talk through how you intend to use each space, and how you want it to feel. This is the groundwork for everything else we do.
We meet to get a deeper understanding of your custom home build, and give you a full contract estimate for the design phase of the project.
Your design starts to come to life. We guide you through selecting elements like colors, materials, finishes, and fixtures. We’re experienced and detail-oriented, so if you get decision fatigue, we’ve still got every single selection covered.
Once we have selected everything, we prepare an estimate. Our detailed plan will give you a fully transparent look into our budget, our construction plan, and a timeline you can expect for the project.
With the contract signed, we dive deeper—finalizing every selection, detail, and layout. This is where your project takes full shape on paper, so there are no surprises in the field.
Time to turn design into reality, as we transition the project from design to construction. We have our interior designer in-house, so you have complete confidence that the end result will look just like the design we crafted together.
Our design service pricing depends on the size and scope of your project. This includes layout planning, selections, and support throughout the build. We’ll communicate with you from the beginning to make sure you’re never surprised by the budget.
That’s absolutely fine! We’ve worked with people who know nearly everything they want down to the smallest details, and others who only know how they want to feel when they’re in the space. Wherever you’re at in the inspiration process, we’ll meet you there.
If you decide you want to add a floor or more bathrooms, then yes! But you’ll never be surprised when you work with us. We work very closely with you on budget, so you’ll hear from us if there’s any sign that the budget needs to change.
