Behind the scenes, a major upgrade took place: a completely new commercial kitchen and back bar. They might not be in the spotlight, but these improvements are key to creating an efficient, functional flow for the TLC team.
We also updated lighting & finishes throughout the restaurant. Check out the penny tile floor we had installed in the bar area… now that pennies are being phased out, it feels like a fun nod to a classic piece of history.
