This beautiful home is so warm and full of character, and we’ve been honored to return several times to complete projects. Each time, we add another layer to this home’s story, building upon what already works while reimagining what it can look like.
This Medina sunroom remodel is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sit back and take some time to dive into your favorite novel. We designed a built-in TV stand that also serves as display and hidden storage. It is placed off to the side so that the beautiful views to the outdoors on the other side of the room can steal the show. White millwork keeps things airy, while layered paneling, crown molding, and bold textiles bring charm and personality.
This space’s refresh included a custom quartzite countertop designed to move elegantly and coalesce with the traditional feel of the space. Grasscloth wallcovering in a soft sage adds texture and color to the space – the light shimmers off it beautifully.
A complete gut renovation, this bathroom kept the original layout and nothing else. Glass block and a large tub deck were removed and replaced with a freestanding soaking tub and custom millwork throughout. Crown molding, paneled ceilings, and furniture-style cabinetry mirrors the millwork and adds character (and plenty of storage). A bay window creates the perfect backdrop for the marble flooring and soaking tub.
