Working alongside Billy Sushi himself, we helped transform the North Loop space into a mix of rustic character and modern polish. Exposed brick and timber beams showcase the building’s history, while new finishes, lighting, and custom shelving create a refined backdrop for the present-day, high-energy dining experience Billy brings to everybody that visits.
We wanted to craft a more intimate, eclectic setting in the back room. A striking mural, custom whiskey displays, and layered wall graphics give the space a playful edge, while rich finishes and dramatic lighting add warmth. The result? A room bursting with character, fit for private gatherings without losing the restaurant’s signature energy.
