A meet and greet where we visit the space and discuss plans, financials & timing for the project.

We will provide a proposal with a preliminary budget for the project based on the walk-through.

A commitment to working with us and draw on the project allow us to really dive into your project and get to work!
design development
We work together to finalize the design and selections for your space. Proposal is updated as costs are finalized.
start date is set
A final demo date is set! We take care of dumpsters, permits, materials and other details. You just need to empty your space!
construction
Our team & subs will bring your space to life! We visit our sites often to review progress with you and send schedule updates.
punch list
We address punch list items as they come up and walk through with you near the project completion to catch any loose ends.
final walk-through
A meeting within your space to see the completed project, take photos, and ensure we have your complete satisfaction!
